I weigh 172 and am 5'9, got the L and it's comfy as hell. I could have gone with the XL if I wanted it a tad more loose but I'm glad I didn't.

I got the XL's and they fit great
Unfortunately I had a nasty crash on the highway at high speed and flew off the bike.
Thankfully I was wearing full gear and walked away with only bruises and soreness. Absolutely no cuts or scrapes on my hands, just a pinky bruise!
